Both of these are clearly bangers,(note how the Ka is pictured not to show the fuel flap area) so its really down to personal choice and their individual condition. However personally the Fiesta I really wouldn't waste the shoe leather on. Death blue, base plastic-bumper model with partshop wheel trims but ironically the bigger, though hardly more powerful 1.4 engine. A car that has never been coddled and with both, you will be their last owner.0

KA = RUSTY...... Usually.
I wouldnt buy the KA 070 number £££.
Fiesta no MOT run away... Unless your a mechanic or want to learn.
Smart interior but needs a clean? Why not MOT it and clean it and sell if for a lot more then? Its worth £99 on a good day as is.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

what ever you go for do not buy the 1.3 endura engine if you dont have a compatant mechanic0 -
I would go for the Fiesta because of the space.0

fiesta is worth scrap value for what the ad is. no tax no mot needs a clean.
KA., look for rust above the palstic arches, round and in the fuel cap, bottom of the doors, inner sills and under the sills where they meet the chassis, rear and front subframes need to be looked at so getting on your back and having a good look with a torch for rust around the anchor points and subframes, at this point look for uneven wear in the front tyres (back aswell if been rotated), ball joints go on them and top mounts, aswell as sump gasket or crank seal leaks, boots rust out so have a good gander in there awell especially the side wall carpets need lifting and need inspecting under and top mount locations as they rust around there too.
rear subframe bushes and front d bushes perish over time aswell.0 -
