Well - I was thinking I may send a Watchdog threat & see if that gets them into gear!

It must be illegal - the promo is still advertised on their website too even though it seems nobody is getting any contact! I'm wondering if the post has even been opened or they've moved offices or something - maybe we're panicking & they are going to do them all in one go at the end of the promotion period but it does say 28 days?

Hopefully if HO are going to get letters from both us of this week mentioning Watchdog, Trading Standards, court action etc! they will get into gear.

Picked up a 40 wash bottle of Persil today after specifically going to a big Tesco to get a 60 wash bottle. They only had non-bio in the 60 wash size.

I know the T&Cs say it should be bio but I wondered if anyone has had any success with sending off a receipt after buying non-bio? My receipt just says Persil so I'm wondering if they would know...?

With regards to the multibionta MBG - I sent them a query through the website contact form, and received a prompt reply saying that they'll look into my claim and get back to me.

Thanks for this. I've sent them a message too. My 6 week wait for my refund is getting silly now...

I didn't receive a reply from the query I sent via the contact us page so I have written to their complaints department instead! Better get a reply as have also had to spend money on a stamp now! Boo Seven Seas

I bought the 'right' Persil from Tesco and the receipt does just say Persil for that too so you should be ok.

Thanks, but I bought the right Persil too! I was wondering what the receipt would say for the 'wrong' Persil, as it was only that one available in the larger size, and I had been hoping to get the larger size.

Oh right! You could buy the 'wrong' one to see what the receipt says and then return it straight away if you don't like what the receipt says after checking with your OH by phone which one to buy iyswim.
