I just sent my original till receipt with the French's Relish item highlighted. That seemed to do the trick. Good Luck!

I read it that it's either a postal or an online application, a receipt with the postal application or a signed photo of the receipt with an online application.

Getting organised now and wrote down the MBGs and TMFs I'm interested in a notebook so I know the terms etc in case I spot things when out and about.

Hi there, Any problems getting money back on these things I write to the company themselves and report the company who are conducting the promotion on their behalf. Make sure you copy in the MD and send copies of your original claim. You'll soon get an answer and probably something on top of your expected refund. Ariel and Vanish last year were good examples of this.

I'm really annoyed with the Pizza Express offer returning my info.
If I resend the info & collar, that's another stamp wasted on postage & along with the 1st class stamp I used originally, the refund won't be worthwhile. I wish these companies would let us either do the offers online or via a Freepost address.
