likewise - i sent off a couple to different address for my daughter and myself. Todate neither of us has had a refund yet. Hope this isn,t going to be one of the offers where we have to keep chasing them up. Fingers crossed0 -

My Multibionta is outstanding since early June. I've chased it at their claims address and no response.
My BigShotz is outstanding from early March. I've chased it by email numerous times to be finally told last week they've not had it and they also had a dig that I've got a common surname!
Found Ribena labels last night, two days after the promotion ended.

I know, I chased the Multibionta claims address a fortnight ago and I was hoping they were going to respond but they haven't so it looks like I'm going to have to waste another stamp on the problem and contact HO now.0 -

I know, I chased the Multibionta claims address a fortnight ago and I was hoping they were going to respond but they haven't so it looks like I'm going to have to waste another stamp on the problem and contact HO now.
It looks like they aren't processing anyones claim!
I have sent a query via the 'contact us' page on the seven seas website and had no response.
I then sent them an email to which I had a delay report and later an undeliverable report.
I've also tried to call them twice but had a Mon - Fri 9-5 message
on both occasions - even though I was calling in those hours!
So - as you say the next step is to write to head office - I am reluctant to write to the same Hull address though in case the mail isn't getting opened so I am going to use the Oldbury address.
The promo packs are still on sale in stores - I can't believe a brand such as Seven Seas are just ignoring applications - they should at leas write to us and let us know if the promotion is no longer running or let us know if there is a problem / delay.

Something like you remember it tasting better than it is now, you think it now has an artificial taste, it is not as good as it was before, you dislike the taste now, it tastes synthetic now, it tastes unpleasant now etc0 -
