I had this too, but the cheque followed a couple of days later so I ignored it.0 -
Has anyone else had problems submitting their French's TMF online?
I've uploaded the photo of the receipt but the submit button doesn't seem to work and I don't get any kind of message onscreen to say that it's gone though.
I know I can go the postal route but after the Pizza Express debacle I'd rather do it the quicker online route...0 -
Do you get your postage refunded too on the Pukka Pies and Ristorante Pizza deals?0

A few people on here have reported receiving them. It implies of course that you must complete it to receive a refund however as there was nothing in the terms and conditions about it I sent it back to them with a flea in their ear so to speak. Besides which you are entitled to a refund if you were not 100% satisifed and that doesn't necessarily mean a medical issue.
Anyway, pleased to say I received a cheque for £11.60 today. (Spent £10 on the mouthwash). The only thing they haven't done is refund the postage (£2.65 to send bottle tops etc and another 77p to return blank questionnaire and letter).
Anyway don't fill in the doctor records access request, it's possibly a delaying tactic on their part knowing many people would give up on receiving that in the post, and good luck!0 -

Hi, don't worry, the MBG sticker isn't too big. I've cut it out then stuck duct tape over the hole like we did for the Bakers one.
