Has anyone else done the Multibionta 14 day feel great challenge?
I haven't had my refund yet and it has now been more than 28 days. Surely they would let me know if there was a problem with my application?

I posted mine off over 2 months ago and I've not heard from them either :mad: I'm going to write to them to chase them up. Are you following it up?

I've been in touch about the Multibionta over the phone twice and no joy.

I sent a quick query via the contact us page on their website but i'm not convinced it will get to the right place. I will definately be putting in a complaint if I don't hear back from them. Especially as these promotional packs are still on sale in the shops.

I would expect more from a brand such as theirs - If they can't fulfill the promise of a refund withing 28 days they are breaking the law.

The promotional packs are available in Pets at Home - salmon, beef or chicken. The big bags are £40.

It's still on their website and promotional packets are still in stores.

I don't see how they can refuse to process any applications. It's also bad publicity for them. I shall be going through their complaints department if the're not processing applications recd at the promotion address.

All I can think is that maybe they're waiting until the closing date and processing all the applications at once rather than doing them in dribs and drabs.

Multibionta Challenge Terms and Conditions

1. Offer open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over except employees and their families of Seven Seas Ltd, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To qualify you must have taken one tablet per day for 14 consecutive days
3. The purchase must have been made between 1st March and 1st September 2013 inclusive
4. Latest date for receipt of applications is 30th September 2013
5. To apply for a full refund, return the outer packaging of either a Multibionta 26s, 28s or 30s Challenge pack, itemised till receipt dated between 1st February and 1st September 2012 with your name/address details and a 15 word explanation of why you are not satisfied with the product to: The Multibionta Challenge Promotion, Seven Seas Ltd, FREEPOST HU42, Hedon Road, Hull, HU9 5BR
6. This offer applies to any Multibionta 26s, 28s or 30s challenge pack, subject to availability. It entitles customers who have purchased a Multibionta Challenge pack to claim a refund of the purchase price of the product if they are not fully satisfied after taking that product for 14 consecutive days.
7. Only one application per household. An application will be a claim for the refund of a maximum of one Multibionta Challenge pack on a valid till receipt. Multiple applications or applications from third parties will not be accepted.
8. Till receipts will not be returned. You will receive a cheque made payable to the name stated on the application, refunding the total cost of the product as shown on the till receipt.
9. Please allow 28 days for receipt of refund
10. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery. No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for applications lost, damaged or delayed by post. Photocopied, defaced or illegible entries will deem the claim invalid and will not be processed
11. This offer does not affect your statutory rights
