I received flora today and, it's been sent 19th August. So think you should contact them, Freebie_Freak.
Quite amazed I got a refund as I forgot to put a stamp on the envelope.

I applied for both Flora and Persil on 7/8 and both cheques arrived today, from same issuer. Still waiting on Ribena (25/7) phoned to chase yesterday and Andrex (27/8)
