The Flora terms and conditions say they will refund price of Flora plus postage 'up to the value of a FIRST class stamp'. Has anyone sent 1st class? And did they refund 60p please?

Hi I used a 1st class stamp but was only refunded 50p postage

That's true, I sent it second class.

Would part of the cardboard box be ok or do they want the actual tube?

Looking properly at this offer, I notice that you have to send the actual pot back and they say nothing about postage being repaid which I do not think would be that cheap.
