My September cheque arrived today. Also had conf that my July Cheque has been sent again too so 'touch wood' hopefully all resolved soon!

Spoke too soon; my Revlon saga continues!!

The July cheque has been returned by the bank as it wasn't dated so I've got to get back on to them again! I'll soon have spent £15.98 in phone calls!

    Not a happy bunny!!

So after complaining to Revlon I've now recd a dated cheque for the £15.98 and another for £25 by way of an apology for all the mess ups!
Result!! Hopefully this puts the matter to rest....

    I received 3 and I'm chasing 3. They've denied getting them - hmmm.

If you haven't had yours by now you're going to need to chase them.
