I use the cashback apps on my laptop too instead of my smartphone - it suits my old lady eyes better.

But Discodee you could make a smartphone more than pay for itself with the amount of money you can earn through these cashback sites and other apps.
I wouldn't have a mobile if they were free m1kjm. I hate them. Worst things made and in 20 years time there will be more claims against mobile phone companies than ever there were against tobacco firms. the WHO advises noone under 15 to use them and says under 2os are also 5 times more at risk.

I did allow my kids to have one eventually because they'd be bullied if not, but they were 17 before i allowed anything other than a PAYG phone switched off in their bags to be used only in emergency, and give them their due, they did. The £5 credit put on was never all used in years
At 17 i allowed them a phone, but they have to use on loudspeaker and they have to leave them in the kitchen at night. No way are they having them in their rooms. I also don't want them turning into morons with the main thing in life being looking at their phones.

I got a great deal though. Their 24 mths contracts, with a free smartphone work out at just over £2 a month with 525 texts 525 calls and 800mb data and they never use their allowance.

I only allowed it as I had to compromise a bit, due to today's world, but for me to get one, or my hubby would make us hypocrites,

I'm not very techie and not the best person to ask. You'd be better off asking that on the Mobiles board: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=14

I was just trying to say it doesn't have to be as 'extortionate' as Discodee rightly thinks it would be using a top end phone on an expensive contract, when you could more than cover your costs on an old phone on PAYG or sim only.

An an example, using Shopmium, on my laptop, I've claimed £10.63 from them so far this month. That goes a long way towards the costs of running a smartphone.

Anyone who isn't using these cashback sites is doing themselves out of free products and really should get over to the Referrers board:
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=42

£10 a month? God forbid lol

I wouldnt use this, it is full of pesticides; like putting weedkiller on your kids' hair. I always used conditioner and a comb and went through every single strand. yes it took about 2 hours a head but well worth it, and i always got rid of them!

I've done the Heinz Mayo and had the refund paid directly into my bank account. I was also getting an error message with the form, so emailed them.

    They replied with:
Courtesy email, following you making us aware about the error message you where receiving when trying to submit a refund at http://www.seriouslygoodmayonnaise.co.uk/refund.aspx, this issue has now been fixed.
Please let us know how you get on

I tried again with the link they sent me and it worked. However, this was in late June. If its stopped working again email them at: Consumercare@kraftheinzcompany.com
Thanks Got it eventually but had to email again to remind them as when I got my bank statement it hadn't gone in when they said. next months came and they'd paid it in twice!! haha Happy days!

I'm still waiting for one from early September too.
I've not had my one from July yet either; I've contacted them about the July one and apparently it had been sent out but they must have mis-read the first line of the address as they'd got it wrong (wasn't my hand-writing as couldn't be mistaken really) anyway they've stopped that cheque and resent again - to the incorrect address!!! So they've had to stop it again and resend it - so I'm expecting it shortly?!
It's been a lot of trouble for me this one!!!

My September cheque arrived today. Also had conf that my July Cheque has been sent again too so 'touch wood' hopefully all resolved soon!

Excuse me for butting in as it were, but this is really interesting! I have a smartphone but found that the cashback apps COS and Shopitize just stopped working for me when they updated the apps. I was nearly driven mad with my receipts not uploading, so I gave up. Is there any chance of an idiot's guide to how to do this on my laptop? I am not very techie at all. Thank you so much.

    New one I think:

No mention of P&P being refunded though and you have to return the unused portion so unsure if it's worth it unless you really wanted to try it anyway!

Has anyone bought the Imedeen after the 15th October? I'm just a tad hesitant about getting them now the 15th has been and gone even though we've not yet reached the 30th; unsure which is meant to be correct; any thoughts welcome?

The dates in the T&C's are correct - there is a telephone number on their website if you want to triple check.
