I'd email them a copy of both sides of the receipt quoting your reference number if I was you because the date is on the back of the receipt so if you've only supplied the front then you haven't complied with the ts and cs.

This slightly concerns me!
or has acted contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Don't we do that every time? But it doesn't usually mention it in T&Cs!
Also i have clicked the claim poage and it says page not found!! :eek:

I had thought of doing this but in the mini survey, you have to state the date purchased, so I believe this should be acceptable.
