If you’re not completely satisfied with the taste of Tetley Super Tea, cut out and return the front of the pack and send it with your original dated itemised till receipt showing your purchase, a minimum of 15 word statement detailing why you were not satisfied with the taste along with your name and address, including postcode to, Tetley Super Teas Money Back Guarantee, PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR. For the avoidance of doubt, the Money Back Guarantee cannot be claimed via any retailer or in store.
    4. Each valid claim will receive a cheque to the value of the Tetley Super Tea as stated on the original itemised till receipt to a maximum of £1.69. The cheque will be sent within 28 days of a valid claim and will include second class postage refund to a maximum of 55p.
    5. No photocopies or photos will be accepted. Till receipts must not be altered or tampered. If they are, the receipt and consequently the claim will be deemed as invalid. No claims from agents, third parties, or organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible claims or those not in accordance with these instructions will be rejected.
    6. Purchase period for refunds is 28 December 2016 to 31 January 2017. Closing date for receipt of claims is 14th February 2017. Any claims received after this date will be rejected.
    7. Claims submitted with insufficient postage will have the postage deficit and Royal Mail surcharge deducted from their refund, if the total refund becomes a negative figure, no refund will be issued and your claim will be deemed as invalid.
    8. Only one claim per household for a single pack will be refunded, despite which product variant has been purchased.
    9. Responsibility is not accepted for claims lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. The Promoter is unable to return till receipts; please take a copy of your till receipt before sending.
    10. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
    11. Cheques will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the application. Please write your name clearly.
    12. Claimants give their consent that their personal data will be processed by a third party on behalf of the Promoter for the purpose of administering this promotion only. Use of personal data received in the course of the promotion will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
    13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and to refuse to award claims where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions requirements.
    14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
    15. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

    Not one that I have done before so I had a quick look on Total Couponery FB but could only see a photo. Shows the box of lights by Tena with a MBG/TMF sticker on but I cannot find any Terms and Conditions. Hopefully someone will be along soon who has found a box and can let us know.
