Anyone not got their edam refund yet? I put in my claim 20th December and think I was number 60 something. I emailed them 2 days ago, with a pix of my receipt but got no reply yet

Still not got my edam refund yet despite emailing numerous times. No replies to emails either.

Have you got yours yet Jamichi?

Anyone know of any phone numbers, adresses I could write to about this.
Ive still got original receipt but didnt get any acknowledgement when I submitted my claim, but I dont think other did either.
