Just to let everyone know, I got my money back from Coldpress today into my PayPal account (took less than a week!) and also got paid into my bank account for the Heinz Mayo. Thanks for posting that one!

I've received my edam refund. As was stated in the promotion - full refund for the cost of the edam ball (£13.07) paid by BACS to bank account. It stated the money came from "Royal Friesland". More than happy with the promotion.0

Hi gocat,
If it was me I would submit my claim again as it says claim by the 31/01/17. They might just process it as a new claim or they may get back to you and say you have already claimed in which case you should then have contact details and can tell them they have not paid out yet. hth....0 -

Just a heads up, I would be careful about resubmitting a claim as the T&Cs specifically warn against this:9. Any person uploading duplicate receipts will have their claim(s) declare null and void and they (and any associated persons) will be barred from future participation.
The T&Cs also state that you should allow 28 days for the refund to be paid into your account. If people have tried contacting the promoter within this timescale, it might explain why such emails have been ignored.0 -
Hi InA, they are not responding to any emails. I contacted them on two different occasions in December asking where they sell their other Edam balls ie. the green and black ones shown on there web page. I was interested in buying all 3 balls even without the cash back and I still have had no reply.0

Just noticed they also have this clause in their T&Cs:
15. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
Has it been over 28 days since you submitted your receipt? If it's any consolation, I haven't received mine yet either but I submitted around the end of December and my claim number was in the 600s. Judging by other posters, it seems as though they are refunding the claims in batches (not strictly 28 days), so perhaps late December claims will be paid at the same time as January claimants?
IMO it's not unusual for TMF claims to exceed the time frame given anyway, so I would be patient and try not to worry about it. Hopefully others can provide information on whether their refunds were received more than 28 days later or not, and also whether anyone with a claim number higher than 600 has been paid.
Hope this goes some way to put your mind at rest!0
