Re Persil offer. So the original posted link to Sainsbury's referred to Surf 33 wash and Persil 38 wash, whereas the latter posts refer to just the Persil 38 wash. Are we thinking we can buy any variant of the 38 wash Persil capsules (bio, colour etc) from any retailer and send away to Persil for a refund?

I agree and I've telephoned Unilever for clarification but unfortunately the person I spoke with wasn't particularly knowledgeable. She agreed that the Persil could be bought at any store. I also asked if I could apply for the Surf as well but she didn't know that the Surf was on promotion and she's going to have to call me back about it.

The twit at Unilever didn't call me back, there's a surprise. I'll have to try again next week.

The Persil capsules are £10 full price in Tesco - so above the refund amount - but currently on offer for £6. I bought the colour variety so I hope that's accepted!

I've just telephoned Unilever again and I was told that there isn't currently an MBG on Surf, just Persil.

Oh my giddy aunt - I've had my first application returned from the Persil/Surf team rejecting it as it wasn't purchased in Sainsburys! And what's with the Persil/Surf title? I'm on the warpath now.

nowhere in the terms and conditions does it state they must be bought from sainsburys.i posted mine yesterday and I got mine from tescos
