5. Closing date for receipt of claims is 24th August 2016.
6. Claims submitted with insufficient postage will have the postage deficit and Royal Mail surcharge deducted from their refund, if the total refund becomes a negative figure, no refund will be issued and your claim will be deemed as invalid.

Was just looking at my depleting stocks of washing powder etc and thinking we could do with a new MBG!

Note the terms say you must claim within 21 days of purchase.

That particular T&C means you can't go into the store and demand your money back under this promotion.
