It's worth complaining to Unilever if you have a TMF fail - they've sent me £5 coupons for not receiving a Vaseline deodorant refund.

How did you contact them please? I emailed a fortnight ago, for same offer, not even had a reply.

I used their feedback form on their website. I think it was this one:

and after I got a reply from them I replied to their email using:

unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk

They're not the quickest and they did have a dig at me that I'd had the same problem with Persil so I snapped back that I thought that says more about them than it does about me and I heard no more from them until £5 of coupons landed.
