Oh no! How can they not receive 3 claims? :mad: What a load of nonsense. They're just making excuses. No, I didn't hear back from them. I'll chase them again. I'm not going to bother with the new offer then.

What if you buy it from a store other than those listed? It doesn't say anywhere else in the t&cs that it must be bought from a certain store. If I was going to buy it, I'd get it from somewhere like Home Bargains where it's £2.50 rather than Tesco where it's closer to £3.50. Particularly as I haven't got my money back from the last two I sent in when they last had an MBG on and I paid over the odds for them thinking I'd be refunded!
