    I have just received a cheque for the Stir your senses TMF. Problem is it is made out to an incorrect name & my bank won't accept it.
    Does anyone have a phone no. or email address that I could use to contact them as I'm not too keen to send back to the PO address at Hemel Hempstead.

    I don't know if you've already tried it, but I've had success slinging them into the paying-in machine in the branch as opposed to over the counter.

    I did think of doing that - in fact my own fault at the bank as I mentioned the difference in the name to the cashier!!

    I say give it a go, or try a different branch.

    Did you scan/take a picture of your claims before you sent them off? I've emailed them my pictures before and have been refunded from those when they have "got lost".
