Have just had my Upbeat claim refused because they said that I had used a 'get a free bottle voucher' to buy it!! I did, but how did they know when there were a dozen or more other items on the till receipt? They are getting too smart!! Anyone else?

Yes, me too. Though how they knew when the vouchers just said 'coupons' on the receipt. Was tempted to argue the point but as I got it free anyway I thought it was too much effort.

Anyone done this? How? I don't fancy speaking to anyone on phone. And if you write, what to say? They aren't asking for proof of purchase, till receipt, or anything.
