This is in the ts and cs:
4. A refund claim must be received by no later than;
– 1st April 2016 for products purchased from Tesco
– 28th April 2016 for products purchased from Asda
– 6th April 2016 for products purchased from Pets @ Home
– 11th May products purchased in any other pet specialist stores
Just to make it even more challenging for us to get our money back!

there is also a coupon here to get it for free at Tesco from 2nd until 8th March. Perhaps we can still claim the money back and make £1 profit :j0 -
