Seen today in Tesco. Annoyingly they want the empty bottle back so I can't keep it for emergencies. And they're only going to refund up to £2.50 p+p so I shall mention to them that it costs £2.80.

But p&p costs £2.80. Why should they not pay what it costs?
  • Am in the same boat, and my 2 cats actually do not like it, so still trying to use it. Actually had 5 clams that didn't get refunded. Also used their contact form and emailed them in Oct reference 3 of the claims, mine, my son's, and daughter's,, (all same surname, different Christian names). They replied asking for son's and daughter's addresses (all different towns), then I head nothing more. Just one week ago, I started again via contact form. No reply still. Also not on facebook. How can they get away with this?

Thank you for sharing! I don't know how they can get away with it. It's this kind of thing that stops you wanting to try these MBGs etc. If I was using more than one address I used to wait til the first one had come back then try a second address, but then I started getting complacent.

I contacted them via Twitter after I posted on here the other day. They asked me to give them my name and address, so I did, and I haven't heard anything back. I'll let you know.

Could it be emptied into another bottle that you could label and keep for later?

Interestingly, it also says in the t&cs: "Only receipts that state clearly the product purchase
(clearly identifiable – Mr Muscle Kitchen & Bathroom Drain Gel)
will be refunded. " Receipts often say something vague, rather than the actual product name, don't they? So that might be a problem.

My Tesco receipts just say 'Mr Muscle'!

Would you believe it? This evening, 8 days after last email, I've also had a reply from Whiskas! From L0uise Cr0ss, who was supposedly dealing with the matter back in Oct. Was your reply from same person? She said that she'd not heard any answer from me! Yet I had replied on her email, on the date she'd sent hers and again a couple of weeks later as I'd heard nothing more! Will keep you posted of any progress!

Ha! I haven't had any response to my contact us message. The person I spoke to on Twitter didn't give me a name. Maybe I'll try the contact us form again.

Got my cheque y'day so looks as though they're doing them all in one go... hopefully you have yours now too...
Don't know about you but I have to say I've not noticed any difference in my skin after trying this for 3 months!

It did take them 8 days to reply to my email, so as you've started that ball rolling, I should give them a bit longer.
