Has anyone actually found the leaflets in store...? I really want to try this one and there's not long left! Needs to be bought by 24/02.

I found the leaflets in one Superdrug in my city but not the other one. I've only looked in one Asda and I couldn't see the leaflets in there so it seems to be a bit hit and miss.

They'll tell you that marketing made a mistake and to expect a refund in 30 days. When I wrote a letter they sent it back saying no again!! Emailing works 👍🏻

Just got said email Thank you :)

  • Extreme long shot but...has anyone chased Whiskas? I put two claims in in July last year (yes, I know...) and chased by filling out their contact us form on their website in October but have heard nothing.

My cat (tiny kitten that she was at the time!) ate the Whiskas, but I would have paid less for it elsewhere if I'd have known I wouldn't get the money back!

I'm not on Facebook so I can't contact them on there. Has anyone got any ideas how I can have one last go at chasing this before giving up?

I would be very interested in the answer to this question. I know there were a number of people on here who were told theirclaims were never received. Myself and my mother were both told this>

I have tried 2 Asda and 3 Superdrug so went on Olia chat and they said to buy from Asda then phone helpline 0800 085 4375. Hope that helps

Am in the same boat, and my 2 cats actually do not like it, so still trying to use it. Actually had 5 clams that didn't get refunded. Also used their contact form and emailed them in Oct reference 3 of the claims, mine, my son's, and daughter's,, (all same surname, different Christian names). They replied asking for son's and daughter's addresses (all different towns), then I head nothing more. Just one week ago, I started again via contact form. No reply still. Also not on facebook. How can they get away with this?
