Thanks for this just coming on to ask about this as Johnsons have sent me an email today with this and a £1 coupon - so you need to send 2 bottle caps but would they only refund the amount minus the £1?

it seems to be on offer in some places 2 bottles for £5 but I would imagine that is all they would refund so you might as well buy the full priced ones????

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/Shopping/FindProducts.aspx?Query=LISTERINE
I don't think they'll know what the £1 coupon was for, so I'm guessing they would refund the full amount. Especially if you're buying other items on the same receipt - then they definitely won't know that the coupon was for Listerine ;)

I'm planning to buy the Listerine for the full price and price match it either through APG or Tesco Brand Guarantee ;) Requires a bit more effort but it's worth it :D

Also, in previous promotions, it was ok to just send in 1 cap, so hopefully it's the same thing this year - the T&Cs certainly still mention "a cap" :)

Please can I ask where did you manage to find the large 700ml size please and have you had your cheque back yet so the large bottle is allowed?

I only found this neck collar in Sainsburys today, just the normal size
I got mine in Waitrose and I've had the cheque no problem :T

Just a note that the Pantene shampoo and conditioner is supposed to be bought from Superdrug only.

This isn't in the T & Cs but is on the form you have to print and send in.

I phoned the helpline and they agreed to refund my money and clarify the terms and conditions as I bought from another shop and the T and Cs don't specify it has to be Superdrug.

I'm having trouble getting my refund from Pantene. First they said they'd refunded me and the cheque had been cashed (which I hadn't received), and now they're saying they've not received my claim!

I haven't received mine from Vidal Sassoon either. Claims had to be in by the 5th Jan so I think it may be time to contact them. I'm on it tomorrow!

I got my VS money back too - didn't even have to chase it :j

My kids liked the Peperami rolls - I haven't even tried them :rotfl: Has anyone else had problems receiving the confirmation email from them? I didn't get mine and had to email them; luckily they responded quickly and said the refund should be with me soon. :T

I kind of like the online applications - at least nothing can get lost in the post (although I guess it can get lost in the ether... :rotfl:)

I have found Peperami in Tesco/Morrisons and Sainsbury's but not with the sticker/flash. I will have to keep looking I guess.
