The Birds Eye TMF is also on the wholegrain breaded chicken as well as the chargrills. Same T&Cs, deadline, address, requirements. It is the wholegrain breaded chicken listed in the T&Cs as the specified product so is definitely separate from the chargrills TMF.

Looking at the Wilkinson Sword t and cs...I can't see any mention of having to claim within a certain time - only by the closing date. I'd probably like to hang on to this for as long as poss because I want to use it but you have to send the handle back. Has anyone else successfully claimed after keeping the product for, say, longer than 28 days?

Sorry, this answer will be too late if you have not already purchased, but briefly, they were having trouble with their handling agency, and most people were not getting their refunds or incorrect amount but they have now changed handling agency and all the cheques are now coming through.

Nice one. I bought them yesterday and planned on taking them back if no good!!
Will send off for them in 21 days

the last try me free they did said the same and both me and the wife sent 1 claim in each and both was paid
