I finally received a reply to my email, after nearly three weeks.
The email stated that I'll be receiving my cheque this week and it arrived this morning.
I don't know what's going on at the minute with the MBG/TMF companies. They seem to be a few that are trying to get away with reimbursing.

Picked up a bottle of Franks sauce in Waitrose with a TMF collar offer ending 28th February 2016.

A bit confused as it says to return the TMF sticker but there is no sticker just a card bottle collar. It also says to retain the terms and conditions but they are printed on the collar.

Yeah, I do that normally but meant that it will be awkward contacting them 5 times about non-arrivals, it will flag up same surname 2 and 3 times.

On the plus side, all my Listerine are sorted, as are most of the Ecover, and now the Bueno have started to come in again. So now just need City Kitchen and Spreadable Cheese to start coming in, both now overdue, and of course, Whiskas!
