i totally agree I eventually got my fish fingers refunded after they rejected it twice and I sent it back the 2nd time telling them if they did not honour the refund I would contact trading standardsI do get conflicted with these P&G and BE promotions. Part of me feels that I'm not minded to do any more but then I also feel I should educate them and punish them!0 -
For those still to purchase Ecover for the TMF, there's a £1.00 off coupon on their site: http://uk.ecover.com/direct/en/new-ecover-washing-up-liquid-coupon0

I've not got anywhere with threatening the Hemel people with Trading Standards but I have had BE FF success another way.
I've emailed BE direct at carelinecontact@birdseye.co.uk and kept it simple, I haven't mentioned the Hemel twits or their misleading promotion terms, I've just said 'I applied under your TMF promotion on x date, but I've not had a refund yet and it's now been more than 28 days so I'd be grateful to receive my refund without any further delay'. I give them my name and address and a letter arrives apologising and containing £3 BE vouchers.
I've done this twice now and it's worked both times.
I would rather boycott BE than buy more of their products but I'm happy to use their vouchers for a freebie. I'm going to wait until something is on offer to get more for my money.
I'd rather have cash but £3 vouchers is more than the £2.54 than Hemel have sent on a £2 spend.
Funnily enough, both times BE also sent a letter in a separate envelope requesting feedback on their customer service which I've ignored.
Thanks very much for this. I followed your advice with an email to the care line three days ago and have received BE vouchers in the post today after waiting for a refund since April. x0 -

I used 6 addresses with only 2 different surnames so it can't be that. I took mine to the donation box in Pets at Home.0 -
I'm still waiting for 2 Whiskas claims sent off at the end of July.0
