This will give some of you a laugh!
I sent for my first Ecover early on when people were saying that they were not refunding postage. Like others I received a cheque for 54p postage. But I hadn't received a cheque for the price that I had paid for the Ecover! I contacted them by email and was told that a cheque would be sent out. I received it this week. It was for £0.00 !!!!!! You gotta laugh.0 -

All at the end of July. I was considering emailing but then some people said cheques were coming through for Ecover so I held off...but none for me!0 -
Anyone else had a problem with the Listerine 21 Day challenge money back guarantee? I bought 2*1 litre bottles at £5 each from Sainsburys and had been expecting this plus postage back. Instead I got a cheque for £7.80!0

I had one that was £5 short, another that was £2.50 short and 2 that hadn't come at all (different addresses) But those were sent to the old handling agency. Since Listerine are using a new handling agency all have been rectified.Anyone else had a problem with the Listerine 21 Day challenge money back guarantee? If you have chased Ecover, what email address have you used? I can't see one in the t and cs.
Thanks!0 -

My bounced cheque came back minus the p and p. I emailed and they sent another cheque for the difference.0 -
