Has anyone else not received their City Kitchen refund? I certainly sent my claim off several weeks ago. Also, has anyone an email or postal address to chase them up? I can't even see that their 'ILove CityKitchen' website is accessible at the moment.0

I ended up contacting them via Facebook and then received an email from them. There has been a delay in processing applications, so they are taking more than the 4 weeks they'd originally mentioned in the T&Cs. I received a response today (after a chaser yesterday as it's been 7-8 weeks since I sent my claim) and they asked me to wait a couple of more weeks.0 -
