Was just about to send off when I noticed address on claim form is different from the T&C. When i checked this thread i can see there was a problem, but I can't see whether i should still send it to the Laxmi building address (is that the one in administration?) or the Ashby de la Zoue promo address? Can anyone help please?0

Yes, you're right, the Laxmi address is in administration and you should send to Ashby-de-la-Zouche.0 -
I wonder if anyone out there has the information I need.
Ordinarily, I have a spreadsheet which I complete fastidiously and I know exactly what's what these days.
However, I have been abroad to stay with family for a couple of months, come back and banked various cheques (for items I purchased before I left - had no access to the spreadsheet so I couldn't log them before I went!)
However, in the post yesterday, I received a returned cheque in the name of Jeffries Parsons Myers Harvey Ltd and was for £3.53.
It could be for Seriously cheddar or Neutrogena?
Could anyone please advise me on how to proceed? I'd appreciate any advice offered.0 -

Google says that JPMH's address is at 57 Bermondsey Street, London, which is the claim address for Clean and Clear, the price is right, and there has been a problem with this agent's cheques being returned as the agent has gone into administration. You need to take it up with Johnson and Johnson at crc@its.jnj.com.0 -
Has anyone sent off for this refund? Is the offer on special packs or any 4-pack. The only code I can find on my 4-pack is a very small 5-digit number in the corner of the yellow panel; is this what they want on the application form? Many thanks, Anna0

the try me free is available on the singles & 4 packs. I tried the 4 pack and the code is on the inside of the plastic wrapper behind a bit of print next to the bar code saying "CODE ON REVERSE" although it is still not easy to see once opened. Also when I tried entering the code it said that it had already been used. Contacted them & all sorted out now0
