Oh dear, that doesn't bode well for the Clean and Clear and the Neutrogena applications as well as the Listerine as they were all processed at The Laxmi Building.

I have just spoken to Listerene. They were unaware that there was a problem until I contacted them. The advisor I spoke to was really apologetic - they hadn't had any previous experience with cheques 'bouncing' before so were in the dark as what to do. He reassured me that they had a new agency in place to deal with money back guarantees etc and they should be up and running within the next week. Any cheques would then be reissued and sent back out. I don't know how many people this will affect but at least they seem to be doing something about it.

I have just received a bounced cheque back from my bank marked 'PAYMENT PREVENTED INSOLVENCY ACT PROCEEDINGS' ; it is for £5.74. I don't know which TMF it is for but someone more organised than myself may do. The name on the account is Jeffries Parsons Myers Harvey Ltd.
This is the first time this has happened and I have received many TMF cheques - a big thanks to everyone who contributes to this forum.

I submitted my claim online and they've emailed me to say they've verified my claim and asked for the address.

Their address is Laxmi Building, The Tanneries, 57 Bermondsey Street, London

I've sent quite a few TMFs there, but can't recall which ones.

I received the email too. My claim was sent online on the 3rd of August, received the email from them asking for my address details on the 5th of August. Will now see how long it takes for the cheque to come and will post an update here.
