Tell us more about why the meal you ate wasn’t your thing, which meal you ate and in which Tesco store you bought it. If your reasons are supported with a valid Tesco till receipt showing the City Kitchen meal you purchased we promise to refund your money.

Claims are valid for purchases of City Kitchen meals marked with a ‘Delicious or your money back’ sticker, purchased between 9am 22nd July 2015 – 11.59pm 1st September 2015 and all claims must be submitted with a legible receipt detailing a City Kitchen purchase. Only one entry per email address and one entry per household. Please see full terms and conditions for claim terms.

You must possess a valid till receipt for a City Kitchen meal (Malaysian Coconut Beef, King Prawn Chicken and Chorizo Paella, Katsu Chicken Curry, Shredded Hoisin Duck Noodles, Indonesian Pulled Pork & Mushroom Noodles, Malaysian Chicken Curry Noodles, Pulled Pork Steamed Bun) purchased between 9am 22nd July 2015 – 11.59pm 1st September 2015.

How do we get paid...? I've submitted my claim but they don't ask for your address or bank details! When submitted it says: Your claim is on its way to our team and will be processed within 28 days of us taking delivery of your receipt and complete information.

Let us know how the city meals go. I just saw some in Tesco with the stickers.

If you haven't got the beuno yet, cos have 40PM cash back and sainsburys are doing the money back packs.

Same goes with the strong cheese, there is 50p cash back.

It's on Shopitize not checkout smart, and the seriously strong cheese money back guarantee has ended now.

Have you received anything in an email from them following submitting the information online? The T&Cs say the refund comes via cheque so they should need your address, I am wondering if they ask for it in a follow up email or something?
