Try Me Free Hunt

The Try Me Free promotion was printed on different Birds Eye products to
enable our consumers, such as yourself, to choose the one product they
wanted to try the most.
Although we try to sell our complete range to retailers, we have no control
over the products that they choose to stock. The head offices of the major
retailers decide which products with the promotion sticker on they wish to
sell through each of their stores, we are not in control over what
supermarket stores decide to stock at any specific time. And, Im sorry if
that seemed to have mislead you.
However, the fourth term on the Terms and Conditions of the Try Me Free
promotion states "Only one claim per household." The try me free promotion
refund is for the cost of one product and one product only.
I hope that this information will be helpful to you. And thank you for
taking the time to contact us.
Kind Regards,
Gabriella Ponti

agniecham i agree that's totally misleading and ambiguous! what's more, i can confirm that i've had a Lightly dusted fish and 2 stir your senses refunds to the same address. they refunded the stir your senses twice by accident it seems. the point is they aren't even treating everyone by the same rules.0

I wish BirdsEye would grow up and clearly state in the terms and conditions and in capital letters that WE HAVE NUMEROUS DIFFERENT PRODUCTS ON TMF, BUT WE WILL ONLY LET YOU HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK ON ONE PRODUCT ONLY PER HOUSEHOLD.
Would save a lot of hassle.0 -

this is typical of a big company they do not deserve customer loyalty there are plenty more different ones to buy from .I for one wont be using birds eye anymore after them misleading customers.hope more people do the same
Actually, it's not typical of a big company. If you think of someone like Proctor and Gamble, they have numerous brands but have never denied TMF/MBG claims because they are all related to P&G.
Shame on Birds Eye.Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -

Shame on Birds Eye.
You've obviously forgotten the Eukanuba debacle. Oh, and Gillette. And I had trouble with Daz too.0 -
Folks, check your Ecover refunds carefully as mine did not include 54p postage which it should have done:
