Seriously strong cheddar offer has changed and now covers the spread cheddars of the brand. Details here
I'm assuming they won't be using 'The Birds Eye Excuse'!
The Ts and Cs state 125g or 200g but I looked in Sainsburys and Tesco today and they both stocked 125g and 250g so I didn't make a purchase although it's probably just a typo in the Ts and Cs.0 -
How do we get paid...? I've submitted my claim but they don't ask for your address or bank details! When submitted it says: Your claim is on its way to our team and will be processed within 28 days of us taking delivery of your receipt and complete information.
I've emailed them asking that question and I was sent a cut and paste generic answer so I replied and asked again but she's ignored me! So I'm going to do a postal application and write my name and address on the printed form.0 -

I bought the small one as I could find only that in the local Sainsburys, but I can assume that if you are within the price range that they quote it won't be a big issue anyway.
In regards to Bird's Eye, I wrote them a very strong-worded e-mail and they did pay up in the end.0 -
Regarding Birdseye, i can confirm that both me and a friend received both of our Lightly dusted & Stir your senses refunds (to the same address) so i don't get this "one product only" excuse they are using to reject some peoples claims. they are not treating all claims consistently which is very unprofessional. i've no idea why they would launch a Try It Free promotion over 3 different product ranges but not put anything in the t&cs to say you can only try one of them. Daft.0

That's exactly what I've done: printed it and written my address on there. Not had anything back yet but it's only been a few days.0 -
