You've obviously forgotten the Eukanuba debacle. Oh, and Gillette. And I had trouble with Daz too.

I think you're missing my point. I was simply stating that P&G, as an example, do not deny claims simply because you have previously tried other P&G products. Personally, I have never had any problems with them, and I have 4 addresses!
Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.

I didn't miss your point ty. I just think it was the worst example to use. I've got six addresses and I've had so many problems with P&G that I don't participate in their promotions any more.
  • Talking of problems..... Are you all getting the correct amount refunded for the Listerine challenge? So far, 2 of the 3 (different addresses) that I've had back, have been underpaid, one by £2.50, another by £5! Have recouped the £5 to date, working on the £2.50, but I've 3 more addresses to come still. Same thing happened last year, 2 were short. Makes you wonder if it is deliberate or the handlers are rubbish at maths.

Folks, check your Ecover refunds carefully as mine did not include 54p postage which it should have done:

    5. The offer is limited to one single claim for a single refund per household and the promotion is open to individuals only. The refund will be made to the value shown for one Ecover washing up liquid purchase only, as detailed on the original itemised till receipt, to a maximum of £2.40 for a 1L bottle and £1.60 for 500ml bottle plus 2nd class postage to a maximum of 54p. The refund will be made by cheque to the name shown on your application.
