Still waiting for the stir your senses tmf to pay out. Sent my claim at the end of May. It is the only Birds Eye one I have claimed for. Anyone else waiting still?? :(

Mine arrived yesterday, did take the full 28 days to arrive

Picked up the larger Ecover washing up liquid with neck collar in Tesco today. Only the small ones were there last time I visited.

Here's the letter I've been sending to Birds Eye when they returned my Fish Fingers claim, if you'd like to use it:

Thank you for your letter dated 9th July 2015, and for returning my claim for Birdseye Fish Fingers.

You have not already issued me with a refund for the Fish Fingers, but for the Fish Fillets. The two are different products, and are on different offers. The terms and conditions do not specify that only one of the offers will be refunded.

I trust you will now progress with my enclosed application, as well as providing me with the additional postage cost of this letter.

Thanks for that lemony7. Has it worked? It's annoying when you have to pay for postage to chase a claim. I did that with Batiste and then asked for the additional postage. They said they would send a cheque but never did. Didn't chase it further as it would have required another stamp!

Sent off for my first Daz powder claim last week sometime (bit late to the party, I know). Got a cheque back within the week! It's from P&G and just says "here's a cheque as per our recent correspondence" or similar. No detail or mention of Daz but I guess it's that.
