For those who have done the city kitchen TMF online - when you upload the receipt, does anything show to confirm it's been uploaded? Ive tried via iphone and via laptop - neither of which have any confirmation that the photo has been attached so reluctant to press submit to send the application off if it's not worked properly? Any thoughts much appreciated! Thanks.

You get an email confirmation that it's been submitted 👍🏻
If in doubt chuck it in the post too.

Birdseye have refused my refund again. I've emailed them threatening to take them to the Ombudsman and Trading Standards if they reject my claim again, as it doesn't specify one per household per product.

if everybody stops buying there products then they will take note and honour claims
