The Ts and Cs state 125g or 200g but I looked in Sainsburys and Tesco today and they both stocked 125g and 250g so I didn't make a purchase although it's probably just a typo in the Ts and Cs.

Has anyone had the 250g refunded yet?

Yeah, thanks, but got a sticker on a (different) pack bought ages ago but can't find that receipt. Now got a receipt for new packet which didn't have a sticker.

I got my Clean and Clear refund even though I bought the wrong product. I bought the deep cleansing lotion rather than the blackhead clearing one, but thought I may as well try and claim for it.

Claimed for a refund but a voucher for a new one turned up from Hemel Hempstead today.

oh dear ive asked for a refund I don't want a voucher for another one.i would contact them if I was you I will if they send me a voucher there terms say they will send a cheque
