Also had Norwegian Formula cheque but made out in wrong name. I tried emailing them at the address on the letter that came with it but it has bounced back. Will persevere.

Their website email is crc@its.jnj.com. I'm not going to let them know they've issued some of our refunds more than once! It's the same email as on the Clean & Clear website which I have got to use to chase up a couple of refunds.

This is the response I've had from Clean and Clear when I chased them:

Thank you for contacting us regarding Clean and Clear® Clearer Skin in 3 Days. Unfortunately, the third party agency responsible for refund fulfilment has ceased trading. As a result, we have experienced delays in processing entries. We apologise for any inconvenience. A new agency has been appointed and we will provide you with an update regarding your refund within 2 weeks.

    Thank you for your patience.

Please contact us again on 0808 2389194 should you require any further information.

This is the one that I still have outstanding from May....I had previously got a refund on the stir your senses and tried the fish fingers too...but it seems they potentially have used the one claim per house hold rule etc....

I have read about others who have chased...although TBH for me I shall just buy another brand other than BE going forward.

On another note....its now 28 days since I submitted the city kitchen thing online.
