Their website email is crc@its.jnj.com. I'm not going to let them know they've issued some of our refunds more than once! It's the same email as on the Clean & Clear website which I have got to use to chase up a couple of refunds.0 -
This is the response I've had from Clean and Clear when I chased them:

This is the one that I still have outstanding from May....I had previously got a refund on the stir your senses and tried the fish fingers too...but it seems they potentially have used the one claim per house hold rule etc....
I have read about others who have chased...although TBH for me I shall just buy another brand other than BE going forward.
On another note....its now 28 days since I submitted the city kitchen thing online.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
