  • Just received a cheque back from the bank which I put in on the 07/09/2015. The letter inside just says "we are writing to advise you that the enclosed cheque has been returned to us unpaid by the bank on which it was issued for - reason for return: payment stopped" the cheque was for £6.53 and from Jeffries Parson Myers Harvey LTD. anyone know what mbg this could be for? And who I should contact about it?

    Hmmm... so wanted to try this Imedeen promo but they only refund the 90 days supply & there doesn't seem to be packs available that equate exactly to the 90 days - would need to buy 120 days supply but they don't refund more than the 90 days tablets. They are on 3 for 2 in Boots but the T's & C's don't state what they would do for promo's such as this and I've done a deal before when they only refunded half the money as there was a promo on the receipt. I'm thinking it's not worth the risk but any ideas anyone?

    i'd phone up or send an email & query it with them.

    gocat said you take 2 tablets a day and that's what it says on boots.com, so surely you buy 3 x 60 packs on 3 for 2 to give you the 180 tablets you need for 90 days.

    Right, I've just sent ECOVER an email regarding my refund. its been 6 week's. Let's see if they reply.

    They do reply but they don't actually do anything! These are some of the responses I've had, needless to say the cheques didn't arrive by the end of any weeks!

    I am very sorry about the delay, I have spoken to the team and I have escalated your email as very high importance so the team are working on the problem as we speak.

    There was a computer error and I have been told that this has now been fixed.

    The team will send out a cheque this week, again sorry for the inconvenience.
