But the t&c's don't require you to give a reason:
If after 21 days of using Listerine® Total Care Mouthwash twice a day everyday, you are not satisfied with it, you need to write to Listerine....enclosing your name, address, telephone number, bottle top and till receipt(s).

That's right! We've had our first two cheques back today thankfully. We posted them on 4 Feb and they arrived today, no quibble and no forms. We didn't give any reasons, or write a letter, just stuck a bottle top and a receipt in an envelope with the personal details and it's worked. HTH x

Thanks, I have returned their form today declining them permission to speak to my "healthcare professional" so I will see what they say.

    Re Listerine

On Friday, received the form asking for permission to contact health professional. Saturday received cheque for £10.10. That sounds a large amount but have to admit can't remember how much it cost. Maybe they always pay £2.10 for postage. I flattened the top and paid large letter price

Huge problems, but after emailing my details to the company I have finally been reimbursed.

What a hassle for 3 quid.

I didn't give a reason for the Listerine and got my money back no probs. I also sent it 2nd LL and it got there with the small cap.
  • Saw advert in Iceland window this afternoon about burgers.
Their own brand is on special offer at half price (guarantee no horse), and if you don't like them they will refund your money back.
Don't know if its just a local offer but I shouldn't think so??

Is this a postal claim/refund please, or like a recent Iceland pizza one that you had to claim in store?

What are people putting for the reasons why they don't think the compressed deodorants last as long and work so well?
