Gillette Venus & Olay Razor MBG £10.99
    Valid till 31/7/13
    Found them in Boots.
Red sticker on them with details of how to claim your money back.

found this in tesco last night where its also half price...possibly 5.99 ....

although a quick read of the terms suggested that the product needs to be returned as well as the packaging and receipt within a time frame...and I didnt see any immediate mention of postage being covered....
might give this one a miss.

Saw advert in Iceland window this afternoon about burgers.
Their own brand is on special offer at half price (guarantee no horse), and if you don't like them they will refund your money back.
Don't know if its just a local offer but I shouldn't think so??

How long did it take? They've had mine for over 3 weeks now and I'm starting to get twitchy.

Have also come back in today to find a letter from Johnson and Johnson, a "patient consent form" asking for me to sign it to give them permission to speak to my healthcare professional to obtain further information re: Listerine. What further information could they be after for goodness sake? I have not received the "adverse experience" as they state in their letter, I said that I (and they quoted this in their letter back to me) "was not pleased with how my mouth felt, taste was too strong for me". Which was correct. I certainly did not make an appointment with a medical practitioner to discuss it further as I have better things to do... as should Johnson and Johnson.

I assume this is all just delaying tactics to try and avoid processing a payment but in my case just makes me reluctant to purchase anything from them in the future. Is a loss of business really worth the initial saving to them of a few pound?

Thanks. Can I ask what reason you gave? So as, hopefully, to avoid receiving a form!

The postage is refunded but you do have to return the product BUT in Boots you get a free 3 pack of blades that would fit any Venus handle when you buy the razor and they're worth £10.99.

But the t&c's don't require you to give a reason:
If after 21 days of using Listerine® Total Care Mouthwash twice a day everyday, you are not satisfied with it, you need to write to Listerine....enclosing your name, address, telephone number, bottle top and till receipt(s).
