Tesco on Twitter say I can return frozen items as long as it's within 28 days and I have the receipt. I'm sure my store might say different but I'll give it a go.

I promise I'll keep it frozen until I go down the road with it :)

    Really? Wow.

I know for a fact Tesco won't let you return milk/dairy/frozen products if you have exited the store. By exited, it's one foot outside the main entrance.

Unless the prodcut is faulty (can food products be faulty?) or something like that.

Let us know how you get on.

PS. It's bad enough taking a normal item back for a refund even with a receipt and within 28 days. The CS dragons are not to be messed with. The one at my store actually breathes out fire!:eek::eek:

Yes, when m1jkm pointed out you couldn't return frozen items it made sense, though it had never occurred to me, so I was surprised when I was told that on Twitter.

Don't know if I can face trying it now!

Preparing for a job interview and don't think I can cope with anymore stress! (Yes, having arguments with Tesco staff stresses me out!)

No, I've not had mine back yet either. I sent it off over a month ago and it's my oldest outstanding application.

this made me wonder about the organisation of try me frees - do you have a separate folder with all of your applications in or an excel charge etc?

Re Venus & Olay Razor and Tesco Price Promise

    Can anyone advise me please.

If I purchase the Venus Razor and make up the other 9 items with Value chocolate bars (say 5 milk chocolate and 4 plain chocolate - I use a lot of these making brownies for the grandchildren) would this work providing I make sure each item is put through the checkout separately or does each item have to have a different barcode?
There's been lots of knowledgeable advice here already, but just to reiterate: they have to be 10 different items (so different barcodes), all on the same receipt.

There's a lot of info on PP on MSE, particularly on the Elite thread on Grabbit. Once you get your head around it, it does get easier :)

The only Venus and Olay razor I could see was in a yellow pack and was actually on offer for £5.49 (in Tesco). Is that a new offer, or is it the sugarberry pink one that I need to get for the PP voucher?
Yeah it's the berry one that works on the PP

I know. I don't think it would go back on sale, it would have to be disposed of for that reason, which is a waste.
I think you're right, they would accept the return as a goodwill gesture but they would bin it.

Asda CS told be that's what they would do with returned baby food (which was a purely hypothetical question; it's not like I'm in the habit of returning baby food to shops :rotfl:)

Went to big Mr T's and found the Gillette Venus, it's more pink than purple in the picture, I was a little worried that I had bought the wrong one but it is the sugarberry one so think thats ok? I used the £2 MOC from SSM it was £11 less £2 MOC. My question is on the receipt it just says "Razor" it does not say the brand or anything, will this be ok? I got a PP for £5.98, so if I get a refund for the £11 for the razor :j:j thanks :).

Found the Daz liquid for £7 and the Liberte but no birdseye fish or chicken but 3 out of 4, I did 3 transactions for 3 seperate receipts!
