On the BIC pen claim form it says "15 words". Did you all write exactly 15 words or did you take it to mean 15 words or more? TIA

You can write more than 15 words but not less.

It's worked ok for me just now using IE and the link from the first page. Maybe try a different browser?

As I bought the plasters as well as the cream (separate receipts for separate address claims of course!) I can tell you that the plasters don't have an expiry date but the cream does so if you only bought the plasters (or some other included item which doesn't have an expiry date on the packaging), I'd suggest just putting N/A in that box.

After all, they must know which of their items has an expiry date and which do not!

It's the cream that hasn't got the expiry date on it and the blisters that have.
