Thank you for the lovely gym messages:T
As suspected, I am both fat and unfit - but at least I can now get less fat and a lot fitter:D
I have to nip out to collect my daughter from Uni, but will hopefully come back on before bedtime for catch up XFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

Not sure I could ever go to a gym, they scare me... The closes I get is when I take the boys to McDonald's - it's right next to the gym.0

Only two days back at work and I'm already blimin' exhausted:eek:
Today I stayed on so that I could go to the gym thing about 6.45pm and as I was leaving I thought I should check what time it closed when I saw there was a Zumba class on....so I decided to go tomorrow evening instead.
It's not that I dislike Zumba, it's just going to a class on my own that I'm not so keen on.
Anyway, firstly to put the record straight, the gym I'm going to isn't a poser-gym..it's ladies only (ALL shapes thankfully:T) and it's a half hour circuit 30 seconds per machine/activity (some of you may know it - it rhymes with lurves:D
Today is my day 2 of no biscuits or crisps or chocolate:A to let you understand, in the world of nattypants this is totally 100% UNHEARD OFF!!!!! I think I'll give myself another :A
I have also looked out my Shred, blew the dust off AND placed it in the DVD player:T I might even press play sometime over the next week:D
Oh, before I forget my dog ate my daughter's giant Christmas Toblerone today, and as she is lying beside me, all I can smell is chocolate from her doggy toblerone chocolate breath. I am being super-strong though and am resisting the urge to kiss her just so I can get a chocolate-waft:rotfl:
Oh yeah, in money news I have none:DFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

I go to zumba on my own and have met lots of people there. What I love about it, is they turn the lights down and people are that busy looking at their own feet they haven't got time to look at anyone elses. Plus its completely bonkers, theres one dance were we stomp forward, do a crazy head dance then stomp back , so glad no one does know me cos I do make a complete idiot of myself (I know that surprises you!!)
Really stress busting though as you bounce about doing very strange and random moves...
