Super impressed with your diet/exercise progress, that's brilliant.....

I'm decided not to drink until Easter (copying Tilly) - lets say I had a few too many the other night, so I don't think I could bare to drink again for ages anyway.......

My fitness levels are appalling, but thank you so much for inviting me - that is so kind of you:)

Hopefully with the lard slowly, yet eventually leaving my body I will be able to do jogging/gentle running without my heart feeling it's going to explode out of my chest, so maybe sometime in the future (should you offer again that is!)

    Thank you El:)

I am amazed that I'm actually on day 5 lula:) (although the exercise part hasn't exactly gone to plan:o)

With the exception of my one cocktail cherry/bitter lemon/ Chambord, I last had a drink on 28th December....I think this is the longest I have ever gone (well in recent years anyway). I definitely am feeling so much better for it and haven't even considered buying wine:A

Natty honestly you would struggle to find worse than me ... I did park run last week and managed to jog all of 150 mtrs... The rest I walked ( very slowly) I finished last by 20-25 mins and then had to go to bed to lie down for a few hours ... I'm 15 stone and 5ft1 ... I know it's not going to be easy, and in fact today was hard going for me ... I don't even want to do this for a charity ... I want to do this for me ... I want to finally be in control of the last aspect of my life I have neglected for so long ( to the extent of having a tia at 39)

I won't do it fast and in fact I will probably be too slow to make it in time for a medal... For me it's about me saying well el you did it ... Please don't think you can't do it if you want to do it ... Join us if you don't fancy it that's ok as well ... Honest :)

I would be exactly the same re having to lie down El - it's so admirable that you're doing this:T
