Quick update;

Dog is fine:D (although I may never eat toblerone again:cool:)
Zumba again at lurves gym tonight so day 2 of not attending. I will tomorrow, I will, I will, I will!

Ive just eaten a crunchie, it was yummy and was a straight swap with DD2 as she doesn't like. Had to give up a ripple.

Have been to gym, did 15m cross trainer, 45m aerobics class then 20m weights (kids swimming lessons) was very sweaty so needed crunchie but now know I shouldn't have. Have eaten mango to undo damage..
