Natty, I think you should reward yourself with some chocolate when you've finished.....

Looks like you will win the nov supermarket challenge - DH just spent £130, grrrrrrrrr

I am trying the M's spend £40 per week for eight weeks to receive a£30 voucher. If I can do this properly, I should have spent £200 during November and £120 during December - leading up to Christmas.

Of course, this is only in M's so no doubt will spend much, much more...the secret to my shopping is not to take my son, otherwise we just end up with nonsense.

PS. The £30 voucher goes towards Christmas treats:D

Only hall floor to go......although the bathroom (as in bath, basin, toilet) does need a clean, so I will spend next 15 mins on MFW as my treat, do hall floor and have another rest before bathroom is tackled.

It's days like this I am so glad we are a one bathroom family;)

NEVER moved so fast in my life....I received a text from a very nice but VERY house-proud friend that read ' be there shortly, stuck in football traffic'

I completely forgot that she's arranged to visit today for coffee:eek::eek::eek:

Thank goodness I'd been getting on with house cleaning today, thank goodness I have loose sofa cushions (so I could turn around to hide manky stains - loose covers def, being washed next weekend!), and finally, thank goodness for football traffic!!!!!!!!

Candles lit and all bedroom doors firmly closed:D

Tonight I am tackling the ironing mountain:( I have relocated the said mountain from the utility room into the living room and by bedtime this evening I intend to iron every last item.

I am not being a domestic Goddess, nor have I turned into Tilly;) the real reason I am doing this is that I have work to prepare for tomorrow morning, and this is my way of procrastinating for as long as humanly possible...........
