I am honestly the most bland, unadventurous vegetarian I know! I would only embarrass myself by posting my recipes on here, so would have to cheat by looking some up on-line and pretending I actually cook:o

Monday - Baked pot
Tuesday - Baked pot with beans
Wednesday - Baked pot with cheese and beans

Yummy and lazy veggy recipe - cut puff pastry into squares, spread lightly with red pesto and top with goats cheese, serve with new pots and salad = yum

Lol at your menu Natty - my menu is fairly similiar but involves only turkey sandwiches on white bread for 7 days out of 7. Sometimes I'll throw a tomato on too but I don't do it often for fear of going completely off the rails!
