I am honestly the most bland, unadventurous vegetarian I know! I would only embarrass myself by posting my recipes on here, so would have to cheat by looking some up on-line and pretending I actually cook:o

A sample weekly menu goes like this.....
    Monday - Baked pot
Tuesday - Baked pot with beans
Wednesday - Baked pot with cheese and beans
Thursday - Baked pot with cheese, beans and salad
Friday - Baked pot with salad and beans
Saturday - Baked pot with salad and cheese
Sunday - Baked pot with salad, beans and cheese

Yummy and lazy veggy recipe - cut puff pastry into squares, spread lightly with red pesto and top with goats cheese, serve with new pots and salad = yum :) and very cheap :D

But I do love a baked pot too Natty!

Loads of scope there. For example, you've got baked potato with cheese and beans. Have you thought about baked potato with beans and cheese? Or baked potato with cheesy beans?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Lol at your menu Natty - my menu is fairly similiar but involves only turkey sandwiches on white bread for 7 days out of 7. Sometimes I'll throw a tomato on too but I don't do it often for fear of going completely off the rails!
