And as if things couldn't get any better, I have come across a bottle of Shiraz Rose in the fridge (it was open so would be a shame to waste it;))
Back is still tender though:(February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

I hear shiraz rose only lasts a few days once open - if you don't drink it you're wasting food and will go to frugal hell :rotfl:
We've finished 1.5 bottles of cotes du rhone here - does my excuse that I put some in lasagne and some in sauce for whoopsied steaks hold water in the MFW board?
Speaking of hell, think I'll be going to the food one. We had chipolatas with cheese and beer bread for breakfast, coffee and cake for lunch and steak for dinner :eek:0 -

My Nigel-esque 'supper' consisted of veg and yorkshire pudding (with a drizzle of tomato ketchup;)) washed down by After Eights...I think he can sleep easy regarding competition...February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

I should point out that the bread had cheese and beer in it, I didn't just eat whatever was in the fridge!
TBH, our menu sounds more German than anything now I read it.
Mrs E and I once went to a German wedding - 12.5 hours of drinking, eating and praying for the sweet release of death0 -

There was an interesting report on people who are 'mortgage prisoners' - people who cannot shift provider, either due to negative equity or poor credit rating. It made me realise JUST how fortunate I am.
We listen to Forth fm in the morning as it gives us better travel reports so no. I know quite a few people like that though, my cousin was in negative equity for years. At least if house prices ever drop I will have OPd to get a better LTV.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Really - lucky if it gets into the second hour here.
Bangers in onion gravy with a touch of red wine, mustard mash, veg for dinner. Pumpkin curry for lunch. Yogurt, fruit & cereal for brekkie. I feel positively Nigelesque in comparison to you lot :rotfl:. Normal service will be resumed tomorrow, starting off with a fry up with black pudding :T.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Hope your back recovers overnight.
Your bids look like someone kept being outbid so it pushed it higher towards your first buyers maximum bid. Great sale though :T0 -
Hiya Np, sorry your not well, don't forget you can take brufen with paracetamol (different med groups) and brufen would probably be more effective with that sort of pain, as its works on inflammation.
Very impressed by some (!) of the cooking going on.
Back home from work, just had salt and vinegar crisps and a glass of wine. loads of items finished unsold but spread out so will wait and see. one previous unsold item sold.
Neg equity must be sole destroying, saw house on zoopla which years on, is selling for far less thaqn paid, must be gutting. I wouldnt like to think about ours,as bought 2 years ago but spent £85k on renovation / extension, just hope we'd break even, although here for long haul as is now our perfect home.
